     "Weimer" Schnitzel for Elk or Round Steak

Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbl Flour
3T grated parmesan cheese
1 T chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c milk
lemon wedges
oil for frying
 
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients
trim steaks and pound thin
dip steaks in flour/egg mixture and fry fast
serve with lemon wedges
